- Establish and strengthen relations with the 48+ corporate partners of The Schey Sales Centre- Serve as a liaison between the Schey and individual partners by greeting them on campus visits, communicating about weekly Schey events, as well as answering any questions the partner may have- Meet with potential corporate partners to give them a better understanding of the program and what the Schey Sales Centre has to offer as a partner

- Participate and attend philanthropic events, diversity luncheons, professional development workshops, and career fairs

- Lead three directors to handle all aspects of the sales program related to our corporate partners and alumni to create mutually beneficial, longstanding relationships between students and our external stakeholders- Serve on a team of 8 Cabinet members overseeing operations of the Schey Sales Centre

- Manage, hire, and train a team of 12 account managers who serve as a direct liaison to corporate partners- Lead weekly meetings to coach on specific sales processes and tools through conference calls, emails, and CRM system

- Serve on the eight-student Executive Board which oversees all 125 members of Xi Chapter- Represent and vote on behalf of Alpha Delta Pi in Ohio University’s Women’s Panhellenic Association

- Oversee and assign tasks to a committee of 5 people to ensure that Welcome Day of Formal Recruitment runs smoothly - Volunteer at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio which raised over $120,000 through our on-campus philanthropic events in 2018-2019

- Trained and mentored new employees in order to help maximize team performance and achieve daily objectives - Assisted in the marketing of the business by helping collaborate with upper management to create and promote monthly specials- Maintained exceptional customer service skills by greeting customers and resolving complaints directly
