Special assignment on behalf of the Regional Leadership Team requesting my help to strengthen leadership and engagement for the third largest market in Asia PAC. Developed and implemented 5 year OD Plan with the Korean Leadership Team (and developed/created online Learning & OD resources and trained Learning & OD people). Collaborated with Harvard and CCL to provide a fast track development process for top 40 leaders. Senior Leadership and Sales Teams met stretch revenue targets within 4 years.
