Jubilee REACH brings healing, builds community, and transforms the lives of families and students by working in partnership with the Bellevue Public Schools to provide added services and financial support.Event manager and project coordinator overseeing the development and execution of fundraising and community-building events. Events included: The Festival of Trees Annual Gala and Auction raising over 1 million dollars each year and over 700 guests. Atty Awards ceremony with over 350 guests. The Annual Spring Event and various other internal team building and service days.Duties included:- Event planning, timelines and budgets, and negotiating contracts. - Securing sponsorships, fundraising, and maintaining donor relations and engagement with local partners, businesses, and volunteers. - Event marketing and creation of event materials and collateral.- Procurement of auction items.- Led monthly committee and team meetings, delegating tasks. - CRM and data management.

Implemented academic growth initiatives for 980+ students at Odle Middle School focused on increasing student participation and support. Identified and eliminated barriers for at-risk youth collaborating with teachers, parents, and community partners. -Collected and analyzed data to measure outcomes, monitor needs, and present monthly reports to the leadership and executive team. -Lead trainer and curriculum writer for the Peer Mediation Program implemented in all Bellevue public middle and high schools teaching select student leaders how to effectively communicate, reconcile and mediate problems and disputes at school amongst peers and teachers.

In its' 50-year history, MeySen Academy has become one of Japan's premier educational institutions specializing in early childhood development and English as a Foreign Language. Lead English Teacher in the after-school Friends Club program and Extended English program, instructing Japanese students between the ages of kindergarten through high-school building strong relationships and implementing ESL teaching techniques. -Developed lesson plans and fun activities for greater English speaking opportunities and learning. -Executed and helped lead special programs, events, and local field trips with fellow teachers. -Selected twice to be a group leader on the three-week 7th grade America Summer Trip for recent graduates of the Friends Club program.
