WDP Provides building supplies, cabinet and door hardware, accessories, windows and doors to a retail clientele. We work with affluent designers and architects on luxury projects using custom doors, windows, and hardware. Under our WDP umbrella, Window and Door Pros works with builders for new construction projects as well as servicing retail customers for new and replacement selections in vinyl, clad, and wood materials. We love thoughtful design choices and working with historically accurate details.

Greater Atlanta Area

Under the Umbrella of The Mastercraft Group, NIS Pros was a regional service provider to Lowes Home Improvement stores and The Home Depot stores. I worked directly with the CEO and CFO of the organization and oversaw contractor staffing, on boarding processes and procedures, negotiated and rewrote the company contracts for our subcontractors and created new processes for insurance requirements and compliance. For our clients, I created modules for client associates and subcontractors. Was acting project and construction manager for the kitchen renovation program, provided estimating for labor and materials, coordinated permits, and scheduled the renovations while also servicing our client, Lowes Home Improvement, for their PSI and PSE programs and provided kitchen design assistance as needed using CAD and 2020 space layout programs. Was liaison for end customer, client, and subcontractors, ensured all materials, equipment, tools were on site, updated permit status post inspections. As a start up company, there was a myriad of roles and several months of transitional and short term projects to lay foundation ground work before I staffed positions with qualifying sub-contractors.

With multiple territories ranging from The Central Chicago and St. Louis markets, the gulf coast stretching from Texas to Mississippi, then the South East region, I managed multi million dollar P&L for a nationwide service provider. Expanding our territories, staffing markets, training contractors and client associates, were the base functions of my role. I managed multiple employees, and dozens of contractor groups to cover several hundred installations each week. Contractor compliance in regards to EPA RRP or lead safe practices was a strong focus, as was improving margin and growing revenue. I was able to expand into multiple new markets based on existing relationships and proof of performance, improving both margin and revenue year over year. 2013 Regional Manager ‘Golden Hammer’ Winner, and multiple quarterly wins.During a commercial construction project, I was also the project manager for a several month project for a nursing home and memory care facility in Pharr, TX.

As Assistant Community Director, I assisted in Day to day operations of the apartment community. Primary role was both operational and in a sales function. I worked with the maintenance staff, the community director, and the leasing agents to ensure timely apartment turnover, resident issue resolution, and meet goals. While starting in the greater Wilmington, NC at a community with 288 units, I transferred to Charlotte, NC and then managed a community of 460 units plus 30 off property condos.

As property acquisitions associate, my functions were to acquire residential, commercial, and forestry properties that would be a profitable investment for our company and investors. In addition to managing properties we held, I determined which properties would be held for long or short term rentals, renovated, flipped, and then the highest and best use for each. Once purchased, I coordinated renovations and repairs. I also assisted the office manager on collections for two hundred properties, assisted with offloading properties for sale. Creative financing and out of the box thinking was critical for our success.
