Senior Manager, Business Operations Analysis
CurrentResponsible for high-visibility, high-priority emergent projects and initiatives for the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) Operating Unit, enabling effective strategic planning, leading the integration of business functions across all departments, optimizing goal performance, leading internal/executive communications, and handling chief of staff duties.-Provide strategy, direction, coaching and mentoring, performance management, and salary administration for staff-Orchestrate and develop executive level presentations, talking points, communications and senior leadership forums-Act as liaison for corporate initiatives and other Organizational Units (OU) efforts that integrate with or impact T&D (e.g. outage management)-Serve as point of contact to provide input and translate guidance to T&D employees, fulfill data requests, and field questions from organization-Lead the integration and oversight of T&D People Plan to include Diversity, Equity & Inclusion workstreams, Employee Experience & Engagement Council, Culture Committee-Provide functional direction to various stakeholders in T&D and other Operating Units to ensure proper execution of T&D initiatives, metrics, and goals (i.e., Safety Work Plan)-Ensure appropriate resources are in place to successfully manage Office of the SVP to meet T&D goals and objectives-Lead T&D internal communications team responsible for developing and executing internal communications strategy and supporting special projects/initiatives and ad-hoc, emergent requests-Collaborate and support T&D departmental development, maintenance and publication of business plans and performance dashboards for SVP awareness and review of key performance indicators
