Human Resources Business Partner
CurrentProvide both strategic and hands-on execution support for teams and senior leaders, guiding them to align their people decisions with their business goals through human-centered, empathetic leadership.- HRBP for mapping software company supporting tech industry experts in retail, tech, education, health, state and local government. Support marketing, creative, and content teams including executive producers, content strategists, production teams, line producers, content marketing, and instructional content development.Support C-suite executives with domestic & global teams (up to 400+ employees).- Partner with leaders to understand each unique unit and serve as a trusted advisor to drive strategic initiatives.- Coach leaders on communicating and delivering feedback to support employee performance and engagement.- Manage complex employee relations and termination cases, advise on and interpret company policy.- Lead equitable processes for classification and compensation analysis, market survey alignment, merit, goal setting, performance reviews, promotions and internal mobility. Facilitate manager training to support competency and awareness potential unconscious bias within these processes. (SuccessFactors)- Influence change supporting DEI initiatives for talent movement, workforce planning, & recruitment (icims).- Analyze data and processes to identify trends, root causes, and solutions to HR issues.- Recommend specific developmental activities to support succession planning and employee development.
