− Develop damage dimensions and descriptions (DDD), scopes of work (SOW), and cost estimates in support of Public Assistance grants based on applicant-provided documentation in Grants Manager. − Review, validate, and process documents submitted by applicants (invoices, contractor estimates, PDMG, sub-recipient forms, procurement documents, force account labor/equipment, etc.) to support Public Assistance grants and to ensure compliance with PAPPG, CFR 44 regulations, COVID-19 policies, regulations, procurement policies, and regulations.− Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to resolve solutions to organizational issues by providing technical assistance, advice, and services to stakeholders regarding federal grants management.− Train new and existing employees on Grants Manager, Project Formulation, Validation Summary, and Work Completion including presentations on new Standard Operating Procedures.− Validated and submitted 87 Category B projects totaling over $163 million in obligated funding to date.

− Developed and executed Mobile Pantry’s COVID-19 Direct Disaster Response Program while driving the organization’s strategy which resulted in exceeding NTFB's meal distribution goal 5 years early− Trained over 100 members of the Texas Army National Guard, 25 NTFB employees, and thousands of volunteers on the drive-through distribution of the COVID-19 Direct Disaster Response Program – Supervised and managed all mobile pantry distributions− Coordinated with the warehouse and mobile pantry drivers to assure proper quantities of food were available for each distribution (serving up to 2,000 households per day).– Monitored programs for compliance with NTFB, USDA, and Feeding America guidelines and regulations. – Enrolled Program participants, tracked participation, and regularly updated program records– Created, maintained, updated, and distributed program documents, agreements, amd training materials− Conducted outreach to encourage awareness and expansion of NTFB programs.
