As the Director of Operations at Patriot Seamless Gutters, I oversee the daily operations of a growing company that provides high-quality gutter installation, among a comprehensive suite of services in and around the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I manage the marketing, sales, communications, customer service, and accounting functions, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.With many years of experience in the education sector, I have a strong background in instructional design, curriculum development, data analysis, and online learning. I have worked as a Mathematics Content Specialist at Stride, Inc., where I designed and delivered engaging and effective math courses for middle and high school students. I have also obtained my teaching degree from Texas A&M University, where I learned the theories and principles of learning, motivation, assessment, and data tracking. Later, I studied Educational Psychology in graduate school, also at Texas A&M University.I am passionate about applying my education expertise and skills to the operations field, where I can leverage my versatility, consistency, communication, leadership skills, and results-oriented mindset.
