Dormant since 2012 as a Software Development Company, we have now started as of 01/04/22 as a Residential VSS (Video Surveillance Systems namely CCTV and Intruder Alarm Installation and Servicing Company as well as Door Access Control and Gate Automation Systems. We also both VSS and Alarm System Monitoring via an external company.

The supply and manufacture of screw jets and filters to the Canning Industry. From the receipt of orders to the production of invoices and despatch of goods, I operate the entire business except for the accountancy side which is out sourced. All production parts are manufactured and assembled according to the customer's specifications.

Sage Accountancy Tutor - instructed a detailed Sage Accountancy Tuition covering all aspects of Sage accounting modules. Prepared and delivered personalised exercises for students to achieve the International Diploma of Computerised Book-Keeping accreditation after the final exam.

Due to being made redundant from Business Link Walsall after the merger of the four boroughs to create the Black Country Business Link, I was contracted to deliver Information Technology to the existing Business Link Walsall Client base that I was engaged with prior to the redundancy.

One of Four I.T. Consultants covering Walsall, Wolverhampton, Sandwell and Dudley in the delivery of a £3 Million ICT Project which had not delivered the targets over a 3 year period. With only 6 months left to deliver the Targets we engaged and delivered ICT Tuition to 580 Companies and made contact with over 2000 companies in awareness of ICT in Business by way of a Comprehensive CD detailing what could be achieved by using email and the internet etc. The Project was a success given the short amount of time for delivery across the Black Country.

Export and I.T. Consultancy

Out of 250 Candidates and Three Interviews I became the first I.T. Advisor for Business Link Walsall, funded by ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) via Walsall Council and contracted to East Mercia Chamber of Commerce. My main role was to engage with SME's within the Walsall Borough and assist them in becoming I.T. literate, improving their ICT Systems and providing I.T. Training where appropriate with the assistance of local suppliers and Chamber of Commerce Services. Working closely with Business Park Co-ordinators, Wolverhampton University and The Town Hall, we successfully facilitated a vast number of businesses across an array of different business sectors in improving their understanding and improving their existing systems and knowledge, stimulating growth and sustainability.

Head Bartender at a thriving Wine Bar in the centre of Wolverhampton - responsible for rotas, cellar duties, cashing up and organising staff. Operating from early evening until 9 pm to then enforce people and building protection as a Door Supervisor until the early hours of the morning. Observation, Reaction and Communication were key skills.

Employed as a 4GL Programmer for Bespoke Design and Implementation of bolt on systems to the Sage Line 100 Accountancy System (Formerly Sage Sovereign) specialising in the manufacturing sectors. Under the guidance and direction of James Crowther (Mentor Three), Owner and Managing Director of the Company, this is where I gained most of my I.T. knowledge. James taught me all about PC hardware, Servers and Networking and trained me in all areas, progressing to I.T. Support to our Customer base and as a Sage and Pegasus Opera Trainer.

Employed as a Heavy Duty Packer for Export and Ministry of Defence Parts such as tornado jet, tank and helicopter parts. During my interview, I expressed an interest in Computers. Within 3 weeks I was operating a dumb terminal booking orders in and out and began working overtime doing tape backups of the ICL System 25 Mainframe Computer System. During my time within the company, they expanded their business into Canada and their Data Processing Manager, Mr Harjit Singh (Mentor One), who developed all of their inhouse systems, trained me as his assistant data processing manager. I learnt Cobol and Assembler Programming Languages and progressed onto transferring every transaction from their existing accountancy system into the Sage Sovereign Accountancy System (Installed by my friend, James Crowther of Technology Management). Here I learnt all the ins and outs of the Sage System from a development perspective which served me well over the following years. The Managing Director and Owner of Normid Packing, Mr Leslie Lee (Mentor Two), sent me to Wolverhampton University to complete my HNC in Computer Studies and invested time in my progression within the company. I was involved then in gaining more business for the company with big corporates such as JCB and British Aerospace and developing systems to support them.
