Job Responsibilities:Personal Secretary• Assisting the CEO in day to day operations, planning, administration and management.• Critical interface between employee and employer and playing vital role of MR.• Providing Executive support to the management.• Handling Multiple departments for efficient team work.Administration• managing vendors/service providers like AC, UPs, CCTV, Security, Housekeeping etc.• Development and maintaining vendor relationships.• Responsible for Stationery.• Monitoring/Tracking sales team.• Responsible for civil works.Liaison• To liaison with Central Govt. Ministries/Deptts of Petroleum ,Explosives etc.Recruitment• Responsible for complete Joining, orientation & Induction of employee.• Ensure compliance & execution of all corporate personnel policies.• Grievance Redressal & Disciplinary proceedings.
