I consider it my life’s mission to help build such organisations that enable individuals and teams to express the best versions of themselves. I truly believe that this generates joy and fulfilment for individuals and as a consequence, ensures sustainable and growing impact of the organisation. Prior to my focus on coaching, I was a software engineer, technical lead, project manager and IT leader. As an IT leader, I have experience managing large portfolios of projects in IT as well as managing budgets and people in teams and units of different sizes. As a coach, I led Agile transformations for mid-sized companies like Karl Storz and Ableton AG. I currently focus my work and effort on organisational transformations and business agility with a strong emphasis on the growth of individuals, teams and the organisation itself in the process. I am a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation (PCC), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach by the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC), Certified Expert in Enterprise Coaching by the International Consortium for Agile (ICE-EC), Certified Expert in Agile Coaching by the International Consortium for Agile (ICE-AC), Certified Scrum Professional by Scrum Alliance (CSP), Harthill Authrorised Leadership Development Profile Practitioner (Harthill-LDP), Leadership Circle Profile & Collective Leadership Assessment Certified by The Leadership Circle (TLC-LCP, TLC-CLA), Certified Teams Transformation Coach by the Agile Coaching Institute (ACI-CTTC), and an Agile Certified Practitioner by the Project Management Institute (PMI-ACP). Earlier in my life, I studied Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from India as well as a Master of Science degree in Robotics from Germany.
