• (2012 – Till now): Head of Corporate Audit Function.Job Description:• Participate in preparing and implementing the audit plan on the following activities: Corporate Banking Division (Public finance, Project & Structured Finance, Large Corporate, FI & Trade Finance, Multinational Client); Medium Enterprises (Business Analysis, Portfolio Management); Risk Division (Workout, Corporate & SME Credit Analysis, Risk Management). Ensure the safety of the Internal Control System and elaborate related reports.• Identify activities related risks, analyze and classify them and elaborate recommendations that are to minimize risks.• Participate in investigating complaints, anomalies as well as legal interrogations held for employees according to Senior Management requests.• Apply BOD & AC decisions.• Elaborate periodical reports requested by Audit Committee and regulatory bodies• Supervise over Alexbank coordination team (assigned by Senior Management) responsible for coordination with CBE Audit Teams over Alexbank either for full audit engagements or extraordinary engagements on some Alexbank clients/activities.• (1996- 2012): Auditor at Corporate Audit Unit.(1990 - 1996): Credit Officer at Helwan & Giza Branches(1985 – 1989) Sales Manager – Les Copper Jeans Egypt.
