Current• Foster and maintain strong relationships with retail banking clients and understand client needs and provide personalized financial solutions• Manage and grow a portfolio of retail banking accounts and monitor account performance and proactively address issues.• Stay updated on retail banking products and services and educate clients on available offerings to meet their financial goals.• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies and mitigate risks associated with client accounts and transactions.• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns to ensure excellent customer service.• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings and contribute to the development of competitive strategies.
