Senior Relationship Officer
Current- Foster and maintain strong relationships with retail banking clients and understand client needs and provide personalized financial solutions
- Manage and grow a portfolio of retail banking accounts and monitor account performance and proactively address issues.
- Stay updated on retail banking products and services and educate clients on available offerings to meet their financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies and mitigate risks associated with client accounts and transactions.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns to ensure excellent customer service.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings and contribute to the development of competitive strategies.
