In this position I worked under ADC's Dealer Support team at CORE. I worked hands-on with new-hires to assist them in building the skills they need to provide a best in the world experience to our security partners. I also created lessons, coursework and worked on other projects where my expertise was needed.

I worked with security dealers and technicians, remotely, to assist with troubleshooting security systems connected to(or integrated with) our application and services. A cornerstone to our support is our friendly attitude and emphasis on reseller education! In this role I had assisted with other projects including lending my voice to mock calls, and coaching other representatives. Additionally I would follow-up with technicians and submit feature requests when needed. It has been fun to learn and grow in such a fast-paced environment!

Over the phone I assisted share owners with transactions such as: Sales and Corporate Actions as well as directing them to their tax and balance information.
