CurrentResponsible for full life cycle recruiting.• Gathering and analyzing requirements from various hiring managers and business units to service their needs.• Foster long-term relationships with candidates.• Prioritize the requirements and servicing them based on business criticality.• Identify, screen and present top talent to clients• Screening profiles, contacting candidates checking VISA Status, communication Skills, Current Salary and expectations etc.• Sourcing and screening the most relevant resumes based on the company requirements using different portals and references.• Experience in Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Career Builder, Corp-Corp, Indeed Etc. And Social business networking sites like LinkedIn.com, Google Groups, etc).• Using Career builder, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn and other professional network to source resumes.• And also done Boolean search for the resumes• Working closely with hiring managers and operation managers to discuss suitable candidates and interviewing them in a timely fashion.• Maintain positive working relationships with employees/consultants and all levels of management to successfully recruit through employee referrals.• Verifying their flexibility with the requirement and negotiating salaries.• Managing relationship and follow up with the candidates to ensure smooth on-boarding.Industries include:Healthcare , Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Government, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Engineering, Aerospace/Defense, Semiconductor and High Tech, Energy, Robotics, Biotech, Telecom
