I have successfully completed M.A (Sociology) and one year Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Entrepreneurship Management of NGOs (PGDBEM) 1999-2000 from Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad. PGDBEM is a one-year management program which had been specially structured with a purpose to train and develops professionals for management of social sector. This is keeping in view the need to bringing greater professionalism among NGOs by supplying a well trained and committed cadre of professionals with proper skills, knowledge and attitude to work in social development sector. Besides the overall management of NGOs, the program particularly focuses on management of Micro Enterprise and Micro Finance development Projects. In addition, environment, water, health, women empowerment (gender issues) capacity building of community based organizations and promotion of Self Help Groups etc.
