In the capacity of this role, my focus was on standardizing Incident & problem processes and building a structural design for incident management.

This was my first job out of college. I was part of the GE commercial Finance helpdesk. I was troubleshooting and resolving GE staff’s desktop, application, and hardware related issues. This was a voice process with very high standards. • Supporting GE staff in Custom applications, Handhelds (Blackberry), Hardware (Laptop), VPN. • Manage service requests, account administration and user set up workflows.
