Arranged an FGD on the need for digital literacy. • Conducted more than 35 community visits in 2023 and 2024 that resulted a visit in almost 100 under-resourced household in Hazaribug, Dhaka area.• Contextualized designing and Facilitation of sessions on Career Choice for Students - My Career My Choice (November 22 - November 23, 2022)• Held 5 sessions for 75 students on empathy, and organized empathy circle to build empathy through story sharing. • Organized Science Fair: Ensured participation of 55 students as project presenters and accommodated 200+ guests. Planned events, and provided logistical support. • Koutohol Online Magazine to enhance STEM knowledge for high schoolers. • Successfully completed 2 capstone projects in 2023 and 2024 titled " Green Guardians" and "Future Creaters". Those 2 projects impacted life of about 1000 school children and more than 2000 community peoples in Hazaribag, Dhaka.

This a highly selective fellowship program that has been offered to me after a rigorous multi-stepped selection process which was 3 months long. I have completed a month long mentorship program under my mentor Raonak Jahan Sathi Apa who as a Fellow For Teach For Bangladesh, 2021 cohort.

I have been working here since January 2020. It is basically a library for current and ex-students of SUST. It consists of 1230 members and 2100 books (January 2022). The library is a non-profit organization. It runs through a monthly fee of 10 taka BDT per member and the donation of books by teachers and students from SUST. My responsibilities here are as bellow: 1. During member registration we take note of the blood group of the member. So during an emergency, we can easily manage blood donors from the members of our library.2. Among the members of the library, 500 people lend a book once a month and around 200 people lend a book once a week. So, I must maintain a sharp eye to maintain and make sure that all the books are returned properly and without harm. 3. Library’s opening time is 4 pm to 9 pm every day. It is not always possible for me to sit in the library. Four other volunteers are recruited by me, and I have to make sure about their library time roasters. 4. A very few people sometimes take a book from the library and care not to return them. So, sometimes I have to reach out to them and make sure they must return the book. 5. Our library is situated in a rented place. I also must pay the utility bills such as rent, electricity, and internet bill. 6. My other duty was to arrange member hiring week in the campus. I have to give notice to all 26 departments of our university and ask for potential members.7. A monthly book review competition is held among the members. This increases their competitive mind sent and also helps them to be mindful when reading their books.
