360 Account Manager
Current- Work with internal team and the client to define project objectives, set KPI metrics and establish the approach of projects required to obtain results.
- Applying best practices to define tactical priorities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor through client tenure, channel usage and profitability.
- Build an understanding of client’s target audience and provide appropriate advertising, media and promotion recommendations.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by efficiently and accurately addressing any problems or concerns from a client.
- Expand business markets with exiting clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales expectations.
