  Working as Aquaculture Specialist (consultant) under Adapting to Salinity in the Southern Indus Basin (ASSIB) project and leading the technical team for enhancing resilience of salinity-affected Indus Delta communities through co-enquiry-based shrimp and fish farming in salinity prone coastal lands that can no more support traditional agriculture. Also developed reports, articles and publications on cage and shrimp aquaculture, and training materials such as farmer to farmer learning sketch-book.
