Aachol Foundation is a non-profit social organization dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being in Bangladesh.My role as an HR Co Lead involves managing applicant information, interviewing and recruiting members as well as co-operating with other team members.

Aperture and Canvas is an online platform for novice artists and photographers to help unleash their creativity and display it to a relatively greater audience.My Contributions:- Organized online-based cultural event (AAC Spring Carnival 2021) that had a reach of over 50,000 people, 3000 submissions in five different segments (art, photography, dance, music, literature) and led the event management team for smooth operation.- Led the content writing, graphic design and live hosting team, worked on the website, managed budgets, resources and timelines.- Organized official documents i.e. sponsor letters, event profiles, member information, social media posters, contents etc.
