SI.com GameFlash - Directed and managed the successful launch of Sports Illustrated’s digital College and NFL GameFlash applications. The projects offer users a near real-time play by play experience, combining live stats, video feeds, previews and recaps of every college and professional football game. • Acted as product and project manager for the initiatives while managing all Time Warner and Turner relationships. • Delivered both projects on-time and created a model that is now being used for other SI.com GameFlash developments such as College Basketball and Major League Baseball. NASCAR Nation - Launched a complete redesign of the NASCAR.com community platform, known on the site as NASCAR Nation. The program combined multiple social media platforms, including videos, photos, blogs, chat, moderation and other user generated content for a comprehensive social media experience. • This initiative brought together various internal and vendor resources to build a rules-based interactive game that fans of NASCAR can interact with to earn badges and achievements. • Introduced and championed structure to the project by using SDLC and Agile methodologies, while capturing all relevant issues, status and risks. Engaged in numerous NASCAR.com web and mobile sponsorship projects, with various complexities of scope. Included was development of web micro sites, video series and archives, mobile and web banner ad implementations. Guided creative acquisitions, ad sales inventory/tagging and communication back to sales of status.
