Key accountabilities and accomplishments:• Led the financial integration of the Telstra Health business, consolidating a complex structure of 11 controlled entities and investments across multiple geographies onto a single general ledger and ERP platform.• Financial lead for Telstra Health’s refreshed T22 strategic roadmap approved by the Telstra Board, delivering 10-year P&L and cash flow forecasts aligned with the strategic and market direction of the digital healthcare industry.• Led a team of five to deliver insight and value to the Telstra Health leadership team, supporting strategic initiatives and delivering timely information to drive business execution.• Responsible for the end-to-end management of financial and capital planning, forecasting, and reporting, building robust outputs that linked closely with strategic priorities.• Finance business partner for the Head of New Growth Platforms, a portfolio that encompassed the National Cancer Screening Register contract with the Department of Health, the Telehealth portfolio and other Research & Development activities.• Management of Telstra Health capital allocation and investment forums, ensuring investment was efficiently allocated to deliver ROI in line with strategic priorities.• Responsible for managing all statutory and external reporting requirements required by Telstra’s external auditor.• Responsible for setting and monitoring stretch accountability plans for direct reports, providing coaching and support to facilitate development and successful delivery of both individual and team goals.
