I have successfully Project Managed the HRx Human Resources Lawson Suite implementation for golive on January 2012 on time and on budget!.I provide consultation for best practices in eLearning for UNCH. Additionally, I manage the LMS system for the 11,120 users/ employees presently registered. Strategic integration, LMS maintenance and provision of quality eLearning programs are important position requirements. We use the Pathlore LMS but will migrate to SumTotal within 2 years. We house over 4500 eLearning programs on LMS geared to clinical skills, IT training, HR support and compliance regulations. I design, create and deploy interactive e learning with cost savings and quality in the forefront of development.I am presently Project Managing the HRx Human Resources Lawson Suite implementation for golive on January 2012.
