In April 2024, as a result of a comprehensive research project, we integrated tailored accessibility settings specifically designed for players with colour vision deficiencies.▶ Masked Thievery, released in 2021 on App Store, Google Play and Amazon Appstore, is an indie stealth video game where players navigate intricate and heavily guarded environments, whilst avoiding security measures such as lasers, surveillance cameras, and intelligent robots, to carry out daring heists and steal valuable loot.

As a student worker in the System & Process Management department, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the company's ServiceNow service portal for employees. My primary responsibilities included configuring and maintaining catalog items, automating tasks and processes through ServiceNow Flow Designer, and enhancing the overall user experience of the portal.Other tasks included:• Directing internal change management efforts, collaborating with various teams, and coordinating with IT;• Developing and managing dashboards and reports to provide insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for various processes within the Solution & Service Delivery (SSD) division;• Preparing the groundwork for internal OLAs to enhance service management and ensure that service targets were met within the organization;• Making it possible for employees to request new catalog items and changes to existing ones through dedicated record producers, which were set up to ensure standardised, efficient, and accurate data collection for streamlined processing and fulfillment;• Developing and maintaining scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency;• Providing support to colleagues, assisting them with ServiceNow-related inquiries, and ensuring they could effectively use the platform;• Engaging in various other tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow implementation at Kamstrup.

As a ServiceNow intern in the System & Process Management department, I took part in digitalising and improving internal processes. By performing security tests and monitoring activities, I safeguard the company's devices and networks as well as maintain the integrity of its cloud-based storage service. Providing technical support to employees is also a key responsibility.Moreover, I have developed and designed user-friendly websites using WordPress and writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I have also used Elementor to increase website features and replace the basic WordPress editor.To support branding efforts and enhance visual identity, I have created a wide range of digital materials, including the company's logo, website content, social media assets, flyers, and business cards. Furthermore, I have maintained the company's website, ensuring its functionality and relevance. This has involved performing routine maintenance tasks, including updates and backups, as well as engaging in copywriting for product descriptions and other web content.I have also set up a draft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This centralised platform provides a robust foundation for storing customer and prospect data, tracking interactions, and facilitating information sharing among colleagues.

During my time at Spinal Balance ApS, I played an active role in maintaining and monitoring computer systems, security, and network infrastructure. My responsibilities included installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications, with a focus on diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. I also took part in creating and updating self-help documents for employees.Additionally, I designed and developed the company's website from the ground up using WordPress, incorporating custom CSS. I integrated a B2C webshop with WooCommerce, including a custom gateway and acquirer. My tasks also involved reviewing SEO, debugging pages, monitoring online traffic, and updating website content, such as managing and adding products to the webshop.Moreover, I created a lot of digital material, including the company's logo.
