Responsible for leading a team that develops, facilitates, and drives the execution of a comprehensive sales & marketing training initiatives for large Automotive client. Leads by example and provides oversight for training projects. Proven ability to develop relationships with clients and create solutions that meet their unique business needs. Project Management:Manages large-scale global events and directs implementation teams in all aspects of planning, including executive strategic discussions, theme creation, vendor selection, hotel/venue selection, attendee registration, communications, and content development. Manages the implementation of corporate, strategic initiatives and Salesforce.com product integrations. Leads solution design sessions with global, cross-functional, and cross business units members and directs cross-departmental project teams to achieve project goals. Facilitates collaboration and communication among team members, while managing resources, schedules, budgets, risks, changes, and communication strategies.Performance Improvement:Designs communication plans and training to accompany system releases and strategic initiatives. Designs and develops training job aids and modules to increase user adoption and educate users on new system functionality, as well as related business process modifications.

Project Management:Developed work breakdown structures and established project timelines for assigned projects and achieved profit margin goals by closely monitoring actual to budgeted labor hours and project costs. Recovered client relationships that were in jeopardy and earned incremental business. Performance Improvement:Designed and developed training solutions to support product launch initiatives for clients within several industries including Savvis, Monsanto, Pfizer, Crop Protection Services. Directed Sales and Marketing client teams to develop training to correspond to product releases.

Project Management:Consulted with clients to improve customer satisfaction with their business and services. Assisted with new business development tasks such as the development of proposals and budgets. Performance Improvement: Integrate Voice of the Customer research results, as well as industry and non-industry leading practices within all performance improvement solutions. Designed and developed targeted and actionable performance improvement solutions for automotive operations and non-automotive industries. Applied instructional design principles and determined appropriate media based on target audience needs and/or budget constraints. Media included Instructor-led, Web-based, Interactive Distance Learning, Meeting-in-a-Box, Video and Job Aids.

Designed and developed web-based and instructor-led training to support product reengineering efforts on-site at Ford Motor Company. Conducted several needs assessments and facilitated numerous focus groups to identify organizational issues and employee training needs.

United Training Services was acquired by General Physics in 1998. Primary function was to design templates/layout for training content provided by Sr. Instructional Designers and developed participant guides and facilitator guides based on design document.
