As a Disability Case Manager at Amazon, I provided holistic case management services to employees, ensuring compliance with leave plans, federal and state laws, and benefit policies. I initiated and responded to inquiries about leave and disability events, benefits, and options available to employees, and facilitated a smooth return to work for them.I also collaborated with managers and business partners to educate them on employee concerns and needs prior to being off work or returning back to work.
