• Meet with law enforcement, city officials and attend public meeting to educate and get support for licensing applications both in the USA and Canada resulting in additional licencing for continuing program of expansion.
• Successful launch product in 35 store in Florida, California and Hawaii and 200 Canadian sites in first year.
• Lead collaborator of training material to support product and delivery and testing training to all levels of staff - 8 Canadian Provinces and 6 US States over the three-year project.

• Took Regional Pawnbroking Pledgebook from £2.1M to £12.8M in 3 years.
• Trained over 300 new starters using material written by myself and adopted by the Company for a two-day onboarding process.

• Took part in a number of multi-national acquisitions resulting with Dollar Finance becoming the lead pawnbroker in Europe operating in 9 countries.
• Came up with a 2p marketing campaign where stickers were placed on 2p coins and the value paid for the same weight in gold being advertised – resulting in a campaign that saw a 200% rise in gold buying over the 6.
