• Manage, coach and set the direction for the Research Reporting team to ensure the provision of high-quality service to stakeholders.•.Oversee maintenance/ maintain and update datasets and data feeds in the University’s research data management systems reporting, compliance reporting and research activity reporting.• Oversee production of research reports and support submissions of internal reports, as well as institutional compliance reports such as for ABS, Foreign Interference etc.• Support and guide the development and implementation of sustainable, effective and efficient operational research data reporting practices by Research Performance and Development.• Produce data visualizations and dashboards for operational research data relevant to internal, compliance and activity reporting via Power BI platform.• Collaborate with relevant parts of the University such as BIR and IT to improve research related reporting solutions including collecting and reporting on research management and output data.• Develop awareness of the information needs of researchers and research groups and promote use of various internal reports (e.g., via Power BI).• Oversee maintenance/ maintain security of and access to various research reports and the reports register in Research Services and Research Performance and Development.• Provide expert advice and support to Research Services and Research Performance and Development teams on research related data and reporting.• Support the Director, Research Performance and Development to deliver high quality services in relation to the University’s research data, research platforms, and research reporting capabilities.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.• Benchmark processes against other business units in the University and similar organizations to identify and implement best practice.
