Current• Spearheading the development and implementation of robust environmental frameworks, policies, and best practices across the organization.• Driving environmental performance through the strategic selection and deployment of advanced monitoring tools and systems.• Leading ongoing assessments of the Environmental Management Program (EMP), Effluent Improvement Program (EIP), and Pollution Incident Response Management Plan (PIRMP) for multiple facilities.• Ensuring full compliance with all environmental regulations and standards, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk mitigation.• Reviewing trade waste treatment outcomes and guiding facilities to maintain regulatory compliance.• Championing data-driven decisions through thorough evaluation, analysis, and reporting of environmental performance for internal and external stakeholders.• Conducting environmental audits to identify opportunities for improvement and uphold compliance standards.• Managing environmental strategy budgets to optimize resource allocation for sustainability initiatives.• Promoting organizational environmental awareness and employee engagement through sustainability practices.• Developing and implementing environmental training programs for staff across all levels.• Staying current on evolving environmental legislation, industry initiatives, and global best practices.• Building and maintaining strong partnerships with regulatory agencies such as EPA, DES, DPIE, Sydney Water, and regional councils to ensure proactive compliance and open communication.
