Besides my advisory role, I have been working the past three years on a contract with a large federal agency. Assisting project teams with risk compliance (FISMA/FedRAMP, NIST RMF), all aspects of Secure SDLC, have developed all required artifacts (PIA, PTA, BIA, IRP, ISCP, DRP, CMP), and addressed all NIST 800-53 controls to acquire a System Authorization to Operate (ATO). Most recently, I am providing these services for a system being deployed in the Microsoft Azure Government (MAG) Cloud.In addition, I am working on a team that is developing agency-wide security procedures, Security Use Cases for meeting NIST control requirements, and SOPs.

Provide IT support and services to the NYS Dept. of Labor (DOL), Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS), Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA), and the Division of Human Rights (DHR). - Responsible for technology leadership and related support of approximately 30,000 State and County employees throughout the state of NY in delivering services to millions of state citizens- Work with the Deputy Secretary of Health & Human Services, the Deputy Secretary of Labor, and agency executives on developing effective strategies to providing services to the citizens of NYS- Oversee 450-500 State Staff and 350+ consultants
