As customer service specialist, my role was to act as an intermediate between our customer service team and other teams internally, as well as external partners and our business customers. The position required constantly learning about the various aspects of consumer and enterprise customers' energy sector contracts. One of the main tasks was providing orientation for new employees and their continued support in knowledge and skills required to succeed in their role. A crucial project from late 2021 to spring 2022 was the involvement in the successful implementation of the Finnish Datahub system as part of our systems, processes, and workflow.
