I have over 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, working with major Telecom Brands such as Hutchison Essar Mobiles, LG Electronics (CDMA Mobile), and Huawei Telecommunications. My roles have included leading Sales & Marketing for various regional circles and launching key products in new markets.As a Recruitment specialist with more than 10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, I Co-founded MPowerment Resources in 2024. Prior to this, I served as the Head of Human Resources at an Australian Telecom Company and a leading BPO company in Kolkata for a decade. I have extensive expertise in bulk hiring for the IT- ITES, Sales & Business Development domain and bring valuable knowledge in building organizations from the ground up with effective hiring models.I hold a PGDBA with a specialization in Marketing from Symbiosis Center of Distance Learning, Pune, as well as a Diploma in Human Resource Development from the All India Institute of Management Studies, Chennai. Additionally, I am a Bachelor of Music and play the Hawaiian Guitar.
