Cfm - Manager
Current• Working closely with the management to formulate the business's medium to long-term financial and strategic plan and managing 300 Accounts of UK/US/India Geography (1Billion USD)• Leading a team of 75 resources includes CFM Analysts, Senior Analysts, Team Lead & Associate Manager.• Working at all levels in the organization and with different groups (Delivery, Finance, Customer Operations, & Taxation) to apprise them on deal financials.• Active member in Global transformation role and worked hard to implement.• Tracking the financial performance of the contract MTD, QTD, YTD and CTD to be used for the evaluation of business units that support the company's strategic direction. • Reviewing RFPs and Pre-Deal Reviews to evaluate the financial offer and developing financial strategies, policies, and procedures to drive business growth and profitability• Assessing contract risk with certain parameters and discussing the same with regional operating unit leads, senior leadership in the quality/risks team and finance director; managing director and requires financials to be prepared in a certain standard format with annual revenue and costs numbers in USD.• Maintaining internal control compliances and providing the necessary documents/information to the KPMG auditor• Directing financial analysis, internal and regulatory reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting that leads to long term improvements in cost savings, profitability, and productivity • Completing revenue and expense analysis; analyzing financial data and providing management with suggestions for improvement • Formulating budgets, conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures & actual expenditure & implementing corrective actions • Supporting internal business units in preparing & analyzing market revenue and profit trends; managing monthly financial forecasts, bimonthly cost management, and monthly financial reporting processes
