• Analyze and understand a client’s business needs and goals as related to Motiv8 services
• Provide best-in-class customer service to clients, ensuring clients are well-informed, happy, and understand when campaign goals are met and exceeded
• Collaborate with sales representatives in different markets to develop, initiate, grow, and upsell campaigns
• Collaborate with Motiv8 fulfillment teams to properly monitor, manage and report upon campaign execution, progress, goals, deadlines, and timelines
• Provide a proactive and strategic approach toward ensuring client campaigns are properly maintained and executed, providing recommendations for campaign optimization as needed
• Obtain a strong understanding of new advances in the online marketing industry

• Analyze a client’s needs as related to Web Development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media and Sponsored Content
• Collaborate with the sales team on pre-sales activities, including proposal development
• Work closely with Web Development, SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media and Sponsored Content operations teams to ensure all projects are executed in a timely and efficient manner
• Closely monitor and track campaign progress
• Report frequent campaign updates and provide necessary communication with the client
• Assist with billing inquiries and issues

• Support 40+ Chicago Sales Representatives in 435 Digital pre/post sales tasks.
• Manage larger scale 435 small to medium size accounts including SEO, SEM, Website Development, and Social Media Management, while making bi-monthly touch-point calls with clients.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new 435 Digital sales reps.
• Manage monthly billing submissions and troubleshooting.

Greater Chicago Area

• Support five National Account Managers and two Account Executives in all pre sales tasks.
• Assist in creating digital, mobile, print, and outdoor media proposals and campaigns.
• Help optimize underperforming digital campaigns.
• Create weekly competitive media reports for agencies.
• Manage bi-monthly and quarterly revenue projections for team tracking and goal setting.

Greater Chicago Area

• Facilitate and plan training sessions of up to 100 representatives on advertising systems.
• Organize department and company-wide events, such as monthly manager meetings and quarterly meetings.
• Collaborate with the marketing and events teams on various projects.
• Build presentations and handouts used to train and educate representatives and managers.
• Maintain Development and Communication SharePoint site with current training materials.
• Contribute to the performance tracking of more than 100 sales representatives by recording attendance and noting participation at trainings.
