-Responsible for major gifts procurement and annual fund development to sustain current programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities -Develop strategies to identify and recruit new prospects, engage previous donors, and maximize relationships with current constituents-Build relationships with current and prospective donors by leading visits of TERI’s enrichment programs, schools, residential homes, urban farms, and The Campus of Life. Responsible for frequent communication to foster these relationships -Organize fundraising events to express appreciation to current donors and generate interest amongst individuals new to TERI -Create branded collateral using Adobe InDesign to mail to constituents on a quarterly basis -Promote membership to The Innovation Circle- a group of donors who have pledged $10,000 annually to support the current enrichment programs

-Coordinate all fundraising events with Manager including annual 300 person Gala raising $100,000 towards Campaign to build a university-like Campus for children and adults with special needs -Manage strategies and communication with current and prospective donors to increase engagement -Maintain Customer Relationship Management software, Bloomerang, consisting of proper organization and documentation for 12,600 constituents, processing of all donations, and generating reports on transactions-Responsible for communicating with local universities and representing TERI at service learning recruitment fairs -Created internship opportunities for California State University San Marcos Public Health students in regards to promoting communication tools for nonverbal clients in public facilities-Collaborated with Development Team to secure $1,000,000 donation towards Campus Campaign resulting in lasting partnership with world-renown soap company-Organize community engagement events with TERI’s art and music departments to promote advocacy for the special needs community -Implemented new systems for the Development Team to track $30,000,000 Campaign progress, manage 30 top prospects, and utilize 340 potential donors-Promote collective communication to local, state, and federal elected officials to advocate for services for individuals with developmental disabilities -Assisted with creating external marketing material, internal communications, and sales engagement tools using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Publisher
