- B2B Live Chat: Pilot and launch in-product Live Chat for B2B support requests and sales inquiries. Launch with in-house team and then build for scale. Partnered with healthcare clients to develop HIPAA compliant and priority Safety first support processes. This project drove a 28% higher activation rate for accounts and secured contracts worth $1.8M over six months.- Fraud Reduction: Lead cross functional tiger team to operationalize a new fraud model for high velocity payment failures, resulting in the collection of over $1.2M in outstanding balances. Work with Product teams to automate new ops model for long term scale.- Operational Readiness: Drive multiple readiness projects from assessment to launch. Provide voice of customer insights and plans to address impact of launches on existing operations, including: content strategy & creation, tooling & training.
