Involved with the development of Axem product Ateesa, which provides NDIS management tools for providers in the disability sector.Over 14 years of experience with CRM implementation in the commercial and non profit sector.I worked for corporate organisations before starting an organisation in the late 1990s, focussing on delivering IT applications. Since then I have managed teams of passionate individuals, implementing a range of software applications – mostly based around web content management and CRM, for commercial and non-profit organisations….and one large NSW government department.Our team develops software products for specific industries and needs. Experience enables me to bridge the gap between people using IT to get their job done, and the brilliant techos, analysts and project managers who make it happen. As part of this I will often develop a path for the journey, from where we are today, to a future destination. I have enjoyed many interests apart from IT technology, which amongst other things includes horse riding, ultra-light flying, scuba diving, sailing, hiking and camping. I admire and am fascinated by museums, cultures, the arts, and history. With the diverse business processes, team cultures, diversity of use awareness I encounter, putting smiles on the faces of IT users is a satisfying but constant, personal challenge.
