My objective is to provide for my family. To have an opportunity to change the lives of the people I encounter through hard work and dedication to my job. To share what I have learned with those I work with providing them opportunities to grow and flourish. To continue to educate myself on industry patterns and guests needs to provide the perfect balance between guest needs and profitability.I enjoy being involved in activities such as fishing, hunting, hiking, and just seeing the great outdoors in general. I participate in sports like paintball, racquetball, basketball, tennis and I enjoy a good movie.My on career related accomplishments include; being the assistant coordinator for paintball in the Utah Summer Games for 3 years, becoming a professional paintball referee, starting and running a successful business as well as sitting as Chairmen for 3 years of the Kane County Office of Tourism Board. While my career accomplishments include experience in opening a new limited service hotel in a leisure market running a 150% revpar index on the STR report for 4 years, working for IHG corporate as a field based employee given such assignments as training new employees with in the first year of working there, and finally managing an older full service property that had gone 20+ years with out a major renovation giving it a refresh and increasing sales by 120% in the 2nd year. My current goals in my life are: Raise my children strong in morality and strength, work hard to provide for my family, and to enjoy everyday.
