I’ll also be exploring innovative Client Delight solutions and contributing to customer support excellence. I was recently brought back by Worlds as an Associate Solutions Architect. After discovering a passion for the impact of solution architecture on transformation in companies, I was given the opportunity to learn under the Director of Solution Architecture at Worlds, while also helping the other Solution Architects in the company with anything they need. I help with generating call reports, supporting proof of concepts and client implementations, documenting best practices, assist ingin pre-sales operations, and scheduling/coordinating clients.

In this job I was exposed to the hectic scene that is insurance claims. I worked alongside the CFO and constituents to expedite the process of total loss claims. I built a system with Airtable, a low code platform, to automate call center workflows and feedback loops. As an efficiency-minded problem solver, I regularly recommended more optimized alternative solutions that lowered costs and increased efficiency.

I along with a few other interns focused on training AI in designed scenarios for specific purposes. We became familiar with the training software as well as the logistics when it comes to setting up accurate training environments. I learned a great deal when training the AI to then extract and analyze data through computer vision. I was exposed to the best practices when dealing with challenges like model drift and high-quality data labeling. In this internship I gained invaluable experience and exposure in building and training AI’s for multiple use cases in operational environments.

During the early stages of the company, I participated in things like product brainstorming sessions, product-market fit discussions and identifying the purpose of the business. Within the three months following my internship, Hypergiant secured a $10M series A investment.
