Customer satisfaction and growth begins with a conversation. During my 8+ years in customer service, every interaction is unique but one key factor remains the same. Putting your customer’s needs first through effective communication is what grows business. Being relationship driven and an insightful collaborator is integral to my connection with customers. I am passionate about finding solutions for every individual's needs. I have cultivated an understanding of hard work and commitment when I entered the workforce building furniture at the age of thirteen. Starting from the ground up, every work experience has taught me vital lessons where I have gained tools, skills, and knowledge that led me to my current position. My niche is customer service satisfaction, expanding account services, writing contracts, and practical problem solving. I strive to be relatable to others and meet people where they are. A highlight of my career, so far, has been installing lifesaving fire protection systems for restaurants and commercial buildings. These systems save lives and property; having seen the devastation a building fire can cause, it has been my greatest pleasure to help protect those that serve so many in crucial industries throughout the Midwest. In order for me to be my best professionally, I find it important to connect with family, friends, and pursue hobbies. You’ll find me on the disc golf course, honing my skills and spending time in the woods. I enjoy jamming to the latest heavy metal release, and listening to an array of podcasts. My wife and I enjoy kayaking, gardening, going on walks with our dogs, chess, puzzles, and house projects.
