Identifying growth opportunities within clients advertising efforts and providing recommendations on strategy and investment based on analysis of website analytics, available audience, and business needs. Development, analysis, and presentation of reports and dashboards to illustrate the success of campaigns as they’re happening using industry benchmarks and clients KPIs to determine our performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Coaching account executives on interpreting data, understanding the latest trends in digital advertising, and how to reach the right audience at the right time. Leading in the execution of new strategies and finding solutions to better position our business to stand out within the industry.

Working with the advertising sales team analyzing data to find opportunities for optimization and attribution for our successes with our digital and television ad campaigns. This includes identifying possible at risk clients and making sure that key clients remain satisfied through data storytelling. Also, building client facing reports and dashboards and conducting regular review calls with clients to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for growth when there is a business need.

Analyzing each cancellation request and reporting the identification of trends and potential areas of retention improvement to the company stakeholders. Exploring opportunities to retain accounts and make the appropriate handoffs to the sales and/or service teams. Completing the cancellation procedures to assure the termination services from both a service and billing perspective.

Onboarding newly signed up customers and training them on using our web application. Included setting up data sources to import inventory data and completing filters and transformations and verifications steps to assure data reflected accurately in our system.

Providing technical support for both field employees and customers. Troubleshooting issues with employee software including remoting in to diagnose and correct corrupt files, issues with printers, and reinstalling software as needed. Also included providing step by step instructions to customers on use of our software. Worked with 3rd party providers and customers on the hierarchy of the data feeds so that the information on the customers websites displayed correctly.
