My name is Lee Austin Ferguson and I am currently working towards my bachelors degree in Real Estate at the University of Central Florida, College of Business. I am 23 years of age, and I've lived right here in Central Florida my entire life. In the spring of 2015, I graduated from Lake Brantley High School. During summer, I worked for Innovative Mechanical Services full time. Some of my responsibilities included picking up materials from suppliers and safely delivering them to the proper job sites, as well as helping run a/c ducts and installing the units. Shortly after High School, I began to help out with my father's Company, KF Structures. It was here that I learned that I had no intentions to do manual construction labor for the rest of my life. However it was a great experience and I learned how to do many things such as digging footers, tying re-bar, forming a slab, and pouring concrete. Following my experience working for KF, I studied for two years at Seminole State College and earned my Associates Degree, while maintaining a part-time job at a hardware store called True Value. It was here that I developed my interpersonal skills, and learned how to operate a cash register, mix paint, cut keys and even refill propane tanks. I have an extreme passion for the great outdoors, so i prefer to spend my free time either on the water fly fishing, or in the woods hunting.
