I'm passionate about Customer Service and Customer Experience. Why?Because I'm also a Customer!I was raised in an military household, which means that every few years I'd get to move and make new friends at a brand new school in a new state. I found this to be the norm so I adapted well and flourished. This helped me build resilience and become unwavering when obstacles come in my path.I had attended three high schools in three states which helped me meet people from all over and become more experienced with all types of people. I was able to adapt to my new surroundings and make new friends and find similarities with them each time. While attending The University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC), I was hired as a server at Macado's and through my hard work and commitment, I was promoted to bartender within four months. This transition was exciting as it was more responsibility but it gave me a sense of pride being able to come in during the morning and set up my own little place for the day and maintain it. The same went for when it was closing time and I was cleaning it up for the morning bartender. This job helped me learn how to communicate with people and to make them feel welcome in the building. I was able to listen to many customer stories and learn from their experiences. This job helped me to meet so many different people who all had at least similarity--they wanted a welcoming place of belong.During my last year at UNCC, I was able to join the Rocket League team (E) and the Apex Legends team (A) and compete with them in tournaments and scrimmages. This experience helped me to understand other points of view and become more adept to change--since the fast paces environment's would leave me in the dust otherwise.
