Job responsibilities:-* Provide process automation and process improvement inputs.* Monitor dispute, delinquency, Fraud, and POA queues.* Analyze information using various tools and compare data using a system of records and reports to investigate and provide resolutions.* Collect and document evidence supporting the final reporting/resolutions/actions performed.* Record actions performed and maintain individual documents for each type of case resolved.* Analyze information to provide corrections, insights, and recommendations.* Perform routine tasks such as working on cases with high service level requests, investigating reports and transactions, and responding to queries.* Provides updates on cases performed and incidents that occurred to internal stakeholders when necessary.* Completes complex and diverse service requests from different queues both independently and as a team.* Understand broader implications of the task performed and take more work opportunities.Qualifications * 2+ years of Customer Service Experience working in the financial industry* 2+ years of working closely with Fraud/Disputes/Inquiries and Credit reporting departments.* Through knowledge of Microsoft Office tools* Excellent understanding of fraud monitoring tools(Lexis Nexis) and detection techniques(CIP and CDD).* Good understanding of the consumer vulnerabilities for fraud.* Experience training multiple teams on different queues.* Efficient in working independently and working as a team.
