I am an HR professional by trade, and a community organizer by calling. I approach both areas of my work through the lens of my values: Accessibility, Community, Efficiency, and Understanding. Having simultaneously launched my HR career and having been thrusted into community work in 2020 (at the height of a global pandemic and racial reckoning) I aim to to align my values and strengths to support organizations and movements to move towards anti-capitalism, anti-racism, feminism, and accessibility-centered.Simply put—I want people to lead authentically at work, and to live meaningfully outside of it.
