With a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education, I bring a blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to my roles. Currently serving as an Upper Elementary Instructor, I lead a team in supporting the educational journey of over 100 students. In this capacity, I collaborate closely with administration and fellow educators to ensure seamless operations and exceptional student outcomes. I manage team schedules, handle budgetary responsibilities, and maintain accurate documentation with meticulous attention to detail. During my tenure as a Curriculum Development Specialist, I spearheaded the creation of Social Studies curriculum for the 2022-2023 academic year, meeting tight deadlines while engaging over 200 stakeholders. I developed innovative instructional plans integrating technology to enhance student engagement and participation, and meticulously evaluated educational resources to ensure their suitability for diverse learners. While I have found immense fulfillment in the field of education, I am eager to leverage my organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit in a new capacity.
