As a Culture and Innovation Intern at Salesforce, I am responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and partners. I manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date project and program data and metrics, and assist with the development and implementation of C&I program and project plans. I facilitate and manage communication between team members and stakeholders, and support the development and management of program and project budgets and resources. I also assist with the creation and delivery of presentations and other materials to internal and external stakeholders, and provide support to the C&I team in the planning and execution of events and programs. My responsibilities also include managing and organizing the logistical details of events and programs.In addition to my internship at Salesforce, I am also a Year Up Trainee, where I have served as the Operations Manager for the Year Up Community Building Student Led group. In this role, I have successfully managed projects using effective strategies and processes, including setting clear goals and objectives, defining roles, establishing timelines and budgets, and tracking progress and performance. I have led team meetings and provided guidance to team members to ensure project success, and have communicated effectively with team members, stakeholders, and partners to coordinate project execution. I have demonstrated strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and have utilized agile techniques to adapt to changing project requirements and deliverables.I have also gained valuable experience as an Assistant Manager at Ramen Shu, where I have demonstrated my ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. I am skilled in managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. I am a motivated and driven individual with a passion for innovation and a desire to make a positive impact in the world.
