I assisted Co-Presidents with administrative duties, including planning and scheduling weekly General Body meetings for 250+ active members led by various companies, faculty, and student organizations. Additionally, I was in charge of creating slides in accordance with the WiB brand style guide for General Body meetings, compiling all information to effectively communicate important dates and opportunities to our members visually. During each of our meetings, I hosted a Zoom call for 50+ members to attend virtually and uploaded meeting recordings to YouTube. I also served as a Peer Mentor for 5 WiB underclassmen in our Peer Mentorship Program.

I worked at the front-end of the organization's communication, organizing and facilitating all email communication and responding to all club inquiries. I compiled and assembled internal and external information to send twice weekly emails to 1,400+ audience members utilizing Mailchimp. I was also a mentor in our Peer Mentorship program, in which I served as an academic and personal resource to 3 underclassmen.
