Always motivated by new challenges, I’m a fast learner willing to contribute and to add value to the processes and the best practices implemented by the Company.My whole work experience has been a growth path toward the Project Management, as planning, risk assessment, project status monitoring, team collaboration have always been relevant duties throughout my career. Venue Event SupervisorDeltatre Aug 2013 - PresentAlong with the Venue Personnel Manager role, I never lost the Operational side of things, participating to the main international Football events as a seasoned Event Supervisor directly managing the venue team (5 persons), being the main point of contact for the clients, coordinating all the Operations on-venue. As Event Supervisor, I’m responsible and accountable for:•Ensuring the smooth running of the operations during the whole duration of the event (usually from the day before the kick-off till the day after): coordinate the hardware and software set-up, coordinate third parties during the setup phase, test and debug systems, directly relate with the client as a Company representative during the different phases of the event.•Coordinate the on-venue team to exploit all the operations, being the senior support of the group. Manage relationship with the in-house team to face potential issues and run backup procedure when needed. •Report the output of the services, contributing to amend software and/or procedures accordingly to the client’s needs and requests. -

Operations Personnel ManagerDeltatre Dec 2014 - Sep 2021Inside the Event Operations unit, I led and managed the operators’ team mainly focusing on the on-site ones (80 individuals). I was responsible and accountable for all the recruitment processes along with the Global Talent Acquisition: we exploited seasonal recruiting and training to find the most talented guys to deliver cutting-edge services. In this role I’ve been able to develop a gut for talents and I learned how to deal with different people using my communication and negotiation skills. As Operations Personnel Manager, my main responsibilities were: • Schedule the operators’ shifts – accordingly to their availabilities – to cover all the events organized by Sports Federation at international level. I’ve been involved in shaping the schedule for Football Federations – both world-wide and in Europe – and Athletics. • Ensure all the best practices and process are implemented correctly pre-during-post event. I contributed to shape new procedure from scratch, due to the previous experiences in the most important operational roles.• Organize and lead training and workshop sessions, including the documentation preparation.• Contribute in the operational documentation, guidelines and procedures preparation and update. -

Sep 2010 - Dec 2014Due to my experience in the On-Stage Operations, I’ve become part of the full-time staff with the aim to enforce the Event Operations team. I’ve been involved in two main activities:As a Service Manager, I was mainly responsible for assuring a consistent and high-quality service during relevant football competition for the most famous Football Federation at a European level. I was in charge to maintain the Tournament Administration process:• Testing connections, software;• Data flow collection from 8 simultaneous matches located in different venues to the Operation Centre located in Turin, coordination of the on-venue teams giving them technical support during pre-match, match and post-match;• Actively involved in the backup operations in case of major failures;• Create and share the match night report contributing to amend software and/or procedures accordingly to the client’s needs and requests. As a Web Support Coordinator, I’ve been challenged in managing a small group of people (5 individuals) coordinating their shifts to assure the full coverage of the events taking place. On top of these activities, I operated the monitoring of the public websites to avoid showing wrong or incomplete data. -
